Special miniature front-end block that is a digital compander of polygraphic channels, is connected to the autonomous patient's block and can be used for polysomnographic studies, neuro-monitoring and special clinical or scientific research.

A set of sensing elements of Electroencephalograph is enlarged with wide range of new types of sensors and converters: oxygen saturation, snoring, respiration (pectoral, abdominal, oral-nasal sensors), movement (wireless sensors of "restless feet"), photo-plethysmogram, tem-perature, electromyogram, galvanic skin response by Tarkhanov, electrooculograms, ECGs (4 inputs with necessary combination).

All new signals are recorded synchronously with EEG, and while analyzing them all functional capabilities of the Electroencephalograph in data processing are used. Along with specific processing of these signals, the most effective processing for polysomnographic studies and neuromonitoring is combined analysis of EEG-data and polygraphic signals.

Export of recorded indices to the common data formats, such as EDF, UDF, ASCII, allows using of standard signal processing software packages for special clinical and scientific experiments.
