Medicom-MTD. REHACOR
"RHEAN-POLY" RGPA-6/12 RHEOGRAPH-POLYANALYSER
A family of intelligent modifications of Rheograph-Polyanalyser: with 2 or 6 rheographical channels for recording impedance plethysmography data and 2 or 6 polygraphical channels for recording polygraphical data such as respirogram (RESP), temperature (TEMP), electrocardiogram (ECG), seismocardiogram (SCG), skin galvanic response (SGR), electroencephalogram (EEG), etc.

  • Rheo-Cardiography (assessment of central hemodynamics): Tetrapolar Chest Rheography using Kubichek or Shramek tech-niques, Integral Rheography by Tishchenko, rheography of the aorta and the pulmonary artery (rheographic recording may be combined with seismocardiogram recording for better estimation of ejection period), calculation of cardiac output, classification of hemodyna-mic syndrome and stage characterization of cardiac activity.
  • Poly-Rheocardiography: simultaneous recording and analysis of tetrapolar thoracis rheograms and the aorta and pulmonary artery data allows an early diagnosis of cardiac insufficiency, hypertension and hypotension based on a fine assessment of the greater and lesser circulation systems.
  • Rheo-Vasography: simultaneous recording and analysis of up to 6 rheographical channels from thigh, leg, foot, toys, upper arm, fore-arm, wrist and/or fingers for diagnosis of the blood flow abnormali-ties in arterial and venous beds in such disorders as arterial and ve-nous sclerosis, thromboangiitis obliterance, venous insufficiency, etc.
  • Rheo-Encephalography: complete assessment of cerebral vascular conditions with estimation of the pulsatile blood filling, elasticity of different size vessels, interhemispheric asymmetries in the blood supply, venous blood flow conditions, etc. Topographical mapping of the quantitative indices of cerebral blood circulation including rheographic index, peripheral vascular resistance index, etc.
  • Rheo-Pulmonography: assessment of the pulmonary ventilation and blood supply (with estimation of up to 6 lung areas) for diagnosing cardiorespiratory abnormalities.
  • Rheo-Nephrography: 2-channel rheography of kidneys to diagnose renal insufficiency or to support drug therapy monitoring in treatment of kidney disorders.
  • Rheo-Hepatography: assessment of blood supply to the right and left lobes of the liver, characterization of pulsatile blood filling in cases of chronic hepatitis and hepatic cirrosis.
  • Monitoring of Hemodynamic Parameters: heart rate (HR), stroke volume (SV), cardiac output (CO), arterial blood pressure (AP), total peripheral vascular resistance (TPVR), pulse wave propagation time (PWPT), frequency and depth of respiration, cerebral and peripheral blood flow indices, etc. to allow efficient patient condition control during rehabilitative biofeedback procedures or to support monitoring of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems in the intensive care wards.
  • Cardio-Vascular System Analysis: assessment of the cardiovascular system with simultaneous recording and analysis of rheographic and polygraphic (PPG, RESP, SGR and SCG) data. Estimation of the cardiac homeostatic function with identification of the dominant type of hemodynamic regulation and compensatory and pathological links in the cardiovascular system to enable a complementary analysis of adaptive cardiovascular responses to different internal and external stimuli presented in clinical or research studies
  • Combined analysis of EEG activity and central, cerebral and peripheral blood flow indices to evaluate vascular effects and improve localization of abnormal sites in epilepsia. The analysis can be used efficiently in monitoring of post-stroke patients, diagnosis of cerebrovascular accident (CVA), determination of syncope type (cardiogenous or vasodepressory syncope), determination of cardiac rhythm pathologies (cardio-genous or cerebrogenous type) and assessment of cardiac conductivity abnormalities.

  • The Rheograph-Polyanalyser is intended for use in functional diagnosis rooms, recovery rooms and intensive care units in diagnostical, cardiological and rehabilitation centres, sanatoria and hospitals as well as in emergency care and extremal situations service in a wide scope of clinical, research and educational applications.
