Monitor provides long-term dynamic EEG analysis for neurological prognosis for perinatal asphyxia and detection of epileptiform activity in neonatology, and neurophysiological control for ischaemic strokes and post-coma unconscious states in ICUs and reanimation. To identify and classify specific patterns for analysis, there are trends of amplitude-integrated EEG (aEEG), color scales of compressed spectrums and trends of spectral EEG indices, mirror spectrogram, formalized protocols with quantitative characteristics of recorded phenomena.

CFM monitor can be used in different variants, depending on the delivery set. For example, in the portable variant on the basis of the notebook (all equipment can be place into the notebook carry bag) or mobile variant placed on the comfortable equipment trolley with devices for synchronized videomonitoring, monitor to display information and printer to document monitoring results, where also components of CFM monitor can be stored (patient transceiver-recorder, additional devices, sensors, gel, accessories). There is a delivery set with an option of simultaneous data recording from 4 patients from the same intensive care unit at one and the same work station which is placed on the equipment trolley with large monitor displaying simultaneous data of CFM monitoring.
