Electroencephalograph-recorder computerized portable "Encephalan-EEGR-19/26",
"Mini" modification, is a multichannel (11 channels with option of increasing
up to 26 channels), multifunctional device for study carrying out at various
environments – in functional diagnostics room, ambulance car, ICU and
reanimation, medical ward, patient’s place (at home, while performing
activities, during sleep etc.), in telemetric and autonomous (portable)
modes.
Electroencephalograph-recorder can be used for:
- functional EEG-studies (9 maximal EEG derivations) with topographic
mapping of electrical brain activity in telemetric mode with portable or
stationary PC;
- long-term monitoring of electroencephalograms (electrical brain
activity) and evoked potentials studying;
- long-term EEG video monitoring, in a stationary or mobile variants in
neurological or epileptological departments of medical institutions or at
patient's home;
- specialized neuromonitoring and / or cerebral function monitoring in
intensive care units and reanimation;
- long-term (more than 48 hours saving data onto the memory card)
autonomous studies (Holter type) in patient friendly environment with
patient’s freedom of movement;
- somnological (PSG) studies, that can be made in telemetric mode with
optional video monitoring as well as in autonomous (Holter type) modes;
- multiparametric telemetric or autonomous monitoring (free movements of
a patient, a sportsmen, a test person) with an option of additional
psychophysiological and neurophysiological testing and state training in
sport, industrial medicine and psychophysiology, and for scientific
researches.
Electroencephalograph-recorder "Encephalan-EEGR-19/26"
can be delivered in 4 versions:
- "Encephalan-EEGR-19/26" AT-Mini – for routine telemetric
EEG studies with functional tests (phono-photostimulation) or for long-term
telemetric (with backup data copying) or autonomous (Holter type)
monitoring of EEG by 9 derivations and other signals (with additional
wireless recording devices). Version can be delivered without function of
data recording on a memory card. This function can be added later, if
required.
- "Encephalan-EEGR-19/26" AT-Mini-Video – for long-term
monitoring of EEG by 9 derivations and other signals with synchronized
videomonitoring.
- "Encephalan-EEGR-19/26" AT-Somno – for somnological
studies using 2 or 6 EEG derivations, cardiorespiratory indices, oxygen
saturation and other channels, selected by customer.
- "Encephalan-EEGR-19/26" AT-Somno-Video – for
somnological studies using 2 or 6 EEG derivations, cardiorespiratory
indices, oxygen saturation or other channels, selected by customer with
synchronized videomonitoring.

does not contain wireless PC adapter IB-4 (USB–Bluetooth) and
software suit. The work of additional recorders in telemetric
mode with wireless PC adapter IB-4 and software suite of the main
electroencephalograph (item 1) is guaranteed. At the basic
station (PC of the main electroencephalograph) data analysis is
performed and results are saved in the "Cardfile" database.
- For the work of additional autonomous recorder in the mode of
PSG-stuides or multiparametric monitoring, the corresponding
software suite should be installed at the basic station, and the

Evaluation of VNS state and neurohumoral patient reaction on the basis
of HRV study (1 channel - ECG registration required) connected with
provoking actions. Software is used to evaluate the adequacy of
physical and physical-emotional stress, to control the behavior of
medicinal drugs and efficiency of treatment prescribed. Software uses
standard recommended types of quantitative analysis and results
representation in the form of cardiointervalogram trends (RR) of
statistical and spectral parameters, hystograms and scattergrams
(correlation rhythmograms) of RR-intervals allocation, spectrograms
with frequency ranges that characterize the state of VNS and balance of
sympathetic parasympathetic sections (HF, LF, VLF). There is an option
of forming the formalized protocol with initial state description and
vegetative reactivity. Software allows analyzing selected fragments of
continuous (day or night) EEG records. |
